VCU School of Business Alumnus / Alumna of the Year

Purpose: To involve alumni in recognizing an outstanding graduate of the VCU School of Business for his or her achievements in career, community service, and service to the School of Business.

Selection Process: Nominations may be made by VCU graduates, faculty, or staff. VCU School of Business Alumni Board members will select the Alumnus or Alumna of the Year from the nominations submitted. The winning nominee and nominator will be notified by a member of the Alumni Board prior to a public announcement in the school's e-SUMMARY newsletter. Nominations are made from January through March.

Alumni Star Award

Hosted every other year by the VCU Alumni Association and the Medical College of Virginia Alumni Association at VCU, the Founders Day Alumni Stars Program recognizes alumni for their community, humanitarian, professional achievements and university service. Honorees are selected through faculty recommendations and alumni committees from across the university.
